Winter's Story...
Winter is coming to a household near you! Even IN your household, if you can believe it! Winter is a time for snuggling up with the ones you love and keeping hearts toasty! So that is what I promise to do every day, no matter the season! I would love a home with gentle and respectful kids to play the days away with! I get along with cats well enough to live with, but they are going to learn the art of herding! I love other dogs, and running in the pack is one of my favorite pastimes! I have a lot of learning ahead of me to be the Dog Queen I know I can be, and I know you will help me with that! I have started my crate training and have been applying myself with full resolve. Baby, it’s cold outside, how about you come keep warm with Winter. 8 months old-30lbs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes microchip, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winter, a Portland Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Portland, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
