Meet Daisy. She's a 5 year old, 60 pound staffy mix. Daisy is current with vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. She came to us with a bad limp, which turned out to be a torn ACL. Daisy had the surgery to repair the ACL at the beginning of June, and while she's still on restricted activity, she's doing great. Daisy also just tested negative for heartworms so she is ready for her forever family.
Daisy is in a foster home with other dogs and cats and does very well with all furry friends. She's good with all adults, but hasn't spent time with young children yet - the children in her foster home are teens. However, we feel this sweet girl will be just fine with older children who understand how to behave with dogs. She housebroken, crate trained, but also does fine with being left at free roam in the home. She knows "sit", does well on a leash. Daisy is a very smart, attentive girl, so learning new commands should be a breeze for her. She's very laid back and mellow happy and is perfectly content to just nap on the floor or couch close by you. when she's really tired, she'll sometimes seek her comfy bed to curl up in.
Daisy is gentle, calm, well behaved,silly, attentive, obedient, and a perfect indoor pet. And best of all, as soon as Daisy is given the all clear from her surgeon, you have a sweet girl who LOVES LOVES LOVES a good game of fetch. Every day.
You could not ask for a sweeter, more even tempered and loving dog than Daisy. She is just a perfect lady and will easily fit into any home.
