Jane (foster)'s Story...
Jane got her name because she‘s a Plain Jane Cat but she makes up for being plain with a beautiful easy going and laidback personality. She is around a year old, loves people, loves to sleep next to you, enjoys snuggling and would do well as an only cat. She wants you all to herself. She‘s in foster and for more info call 503-581-7568.

She has been spayed, micro chipped, tested negative for feline aids and leukemia, is current on her vaccinations including the leukemia vaccination, and was treated for fleas and worms.

Her adoption fee is $75. First month of Sheltercare pet insurance for only $1.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jane (foster), a Salem Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Salem, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
