Goldie's Story...
Born December 2012. Approx. 48 lbs. I am beautiful medium-sized girl, with golden eyes that match my golden coat and a big smile on my face. I can sometimes be a bit unsure of strangers, but once I get to know you, I'll be your best friend. I enjoying running around the yard with the "zoomies" and playing fetch, as well as taking nice strolls in the pasture. I have had some training and will sit beautifully, especially if you have a treat! I have come a long way, Baby! I am looking for my forever home, a home that will take the time to get to know me, understand me, be patient with me and most of all, love me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Goldie, a San Leon Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Leon, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Leon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Leon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Leon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Leon paves the way for another one to be saved.
