I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.
Anna is a beautiful Tortie cat who was dropped off, in a taped box, at a vet's office, apparently, she was no longer wanted. So CATS took her in and she was a mess. It appears that she was loaded with fleas and she is allergic to fleas....she had lost much of her beautiful fur. But, time and two treatments of Revolution later, he fur is growing back. It as grown back nore around her face and head and it's longer and thicker there. What breed of cat she is we couldn't begin to say, but it's got to be something exotic....I've never seen a cat like her before (20 yrs) She is beautiful and when it's all grown back she will be stunning.
Anna is a sweet and gentle cat and she has no behavorial issues at all. She gets aong with the other adults in the house and the kittens as well. She will sleep with me, when the numbers go back down, and over all she is a pleasure to have.
She has been completely vetted, and that includes being tested for feline aids and feline leukemia, and she was negative for both. She deserves a ome where she will be loved and never dumped again in a box or anything else. Hard copy medical records will accompany her to her new FOREVER home.
You may obtain an online application by logging on to CatAdoptionRI.org or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All of the cats and kittens are placed with the Rhode Island State mandated proof of spay or neuter. In order to take your new cat or kitten home with you, there must be an approved application prior to any placement. Application approval is usually within 24-48 hours. We, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens that we help facilitate finding new forever homes, and work very hard to make sure they are happy, healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only a high end cat food. We are at the Providence Petco, located at 585 No. Main Street, Providence, RI every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm and you are welcome to come by and see all the cats and kittens that are looking for new 'Forever Homes'. Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten on adoption day as each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their placed. The policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be placed spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all age appropriate shots. There will not be any placement of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO, which is so important to help combat the pet overpopulation crisis.
