Fay's Story...
Hi my name is Flay and I'm a tiny little girl, right now I'm getting medicine for my eyes as me and my 8 siblings were found in a ditch one night. We were the only survivors out of the 14 of us so we were the lucky ones. A rescue reached out for help and ARF came in to help us so we could get the medical care we needed. We are getting the help we need to get healthy and strong! What we need now is forever homes with families that will love us and take care of us the way all dogs deserve. Are you that special home for me? I am about 6-7 weeks old (1/17/15) now and will be ready for the February 26th transport for New England.
I'm currently located in Madison, MS, but transport to New England can be arranged through Animal Rescue Front. If you're interested in taking me into your forever home, please fill out the adoption form here: http://www.animalrescuefront.org/Adoption-Form.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fay, a Groton Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie for sale in Groton, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
