Poppie's Story...
-Transfer In-

Are you looking for a spunky dog with lots of personality? Meet Poppie! She is a recent transfer from an overcrowded Los Angeles area shelter. Now she's looking for her forever home. Weighing only 7 pounds, Poppie is definitely full of spirit and personality, well socialized and walks well on a leash. She loves to run and play to her heart's content. She is friendly with dogs, cats and absolutely adores all people including children. Poppie does need a little work on her house training but she is remembering fast. This little girl is up for just about anything life can throw at her. If you're looking for a new buddy and Poppie seems like the dog for you, ask how you can take her home today!

Poppie's adoption fee is $100.00. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Heart Worm testing, microchip ID, collar, initial vaccines including Rabies, flea traetment and general deworming, one month discounted pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Poppie, a Vancouver Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
