Bistro's Story...

My name is Bistro and I am about 2 years old. I am bit nervous with new people and new places, but once I get to spend some time with you it's easier for me to show you how much I love people. I would like to spend my time with children over 5, who can be patient with me and know that I don't want to be fussed with a lot; it takes awhile before I am ready to play, I get alond well with other dogs and cats. Once I am all settled in I will be able to show you all of my amazing qualities, and trust me I have tons of them. Just take the time to check me out!

Bistro's adoption fee is $100.00. The adoption fee includes medical consult, spay/neuter, Heartworm Testing testing, microchip ID, collar, initial vaccines including Rabies, one month discounted pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bistro, a Vancouver Dachshund/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
