Mr. Bunny's Story...

Mr. Bunny is a bouncy 8 yr old Mini Rex a little bunny full of energy and looking for his new digs since his previous owners are moving across country and could not take him with. He will do best in a quiet, rabbit-experienced home. Mr Bunny can be very playful and engaging but he needs a patient person who will allow him time to settle in and build trust. He is feeling unsure of himself now and his sweet side is a little wobbly right now. Once Mr. Bunny feels comfortable he will show you his happy bunny antics. He has lived with children 18 to 1 yr. and cats. Care should be taken when setting up his living area if you have any resident pets to ensure everyone gets off to a safe start. Mr. Bunny has been living outside but does loves to explore inside to burn off some bunny energy. His adoption fee is $35.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mr. Bunny, a Vancouver Rex was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rex for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Rex from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rex breeders who help with Rex rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
