My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howie is so so sweet, and he has never met a stranger. He was a very sick dog when he came to the shelter, but he never stopped wagging his tail. Now is looks so much better. Right now he is being treated for a skin condition called Demodex, but it's almost all gone!. He is about a year old (1/15/15) and is probably part yellow lab. He is wonderful with other dogs and would make a great pet. If you're looking for a companion and a dog who would love you forever, Howie is it! He is currently located in Madison, MS, but transport to New England or Chicago can be arranged through Animal Rescue Front.
