Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willow is a 3 year old Spaniel mix who weighs about 14 lbs. She has recently had a litter and is still with one of her pups. We do not recommend her for kids and she needs an experienced owner in a calm household. She does not like to be alone and is not crate trained. She is a little fearful and may growl if approached although not in a particularly aggressive way. She warms up after a while but this is an area in which she really needs an experienced owner, preferably one who knows how rescues behave in the early days. She can be skittish on the leash and she hates loud noises and sudden moves. She seems to always be on high alert and likes to circle. We think she may calm down and lose some of her anxious behaviors when she is separated from her puppy and can drop that protective Mama mode. She’s not a barker and will follow her person around like a shadow. She is something of an escape artist and can jump over or climb pretty much anything. She even figured out how to unlatch her crate! She does not appear to be aggressive with other dogs unless they come too close to her puppy. She is not housetrained yet and seems to want to use pee pads but her aim isn’t always too great! She is really a sweet, affectionate dog who is trying hard to put a messed up life behind her. Now her last pup will soon be gone it’s her time to shine.
