Francis, a spayed female puppy, 4 months old, 20lbs

Meet little Francis!

Francis is a gentle, well-behaved, obedient, and submissive puppy. She is a little shy at first but she is the sweetest and most cuddly girl once she settles down in a few days. Francis loves all dogs she meets. She is great with big and small dogs as she is now living with many dogs in her foster home. Francis is also very gentle with young children as the foster son is now 7 years old.

Francis was a homeless puppy hiding in the bushes in a park. She was alone, starving and very scared. She kept on waiting next to the bushes on the same spot as if she was waiting for her family. However, she was in the same spot for nearly a month and no one showed up. Some people at the park were really worried about her and would bring her food. While others would scare her away and threw rocks at her. Francis’s foster mom is an experienced dog rescuer. When she heard her story she knew it was urgent to rescue Francis before it’s too late. On a Friday morning, her foster mom went to the park to look for her. Francis was still waiting at the same spot. She was really scared and hid behind the bushes. The bushes were too thick and so her foster mom could not crawl in to save her. She sat patiently waiting for Francis when she slowly made her way out and lured her with a yummy chicken. Her foster mom was so happy to have save her as it was getting really cold at night. Francis was rushed to the vet for a complete checkup. Luckily she is one healthy puppy. She had been vaccinated, de-wormed, spayed, microchip, and tested negative on her blood tests.

Francis is doing very well in her foster home and ready for a loving home, a home that can be patient with her and love her.
