Meet Holstein, a very friendly dog that is about 3 years old and weighs just over 50 pounds fully grown. Holstein (named after Holstein cows because of his coloring) is most likely a Lab/Retriever/Pit Bull mix (his video shows the Lab/Retriever aspects a bit better than the photos). He was rescued from Watts where he was living with a homeless man on the streets since he was a puppy. Sadly, this man passed away and Holstein was so loyal he wouldn’t leave his side. He is used to constant human companionship and is great with people. He is tolerant with other dogs but does not really play, he is more the type who likes to hang out and be with his person. He does not enjoy living in a kennel and has spent one year waiting for the right person to come around. He gets daily walks and does really well on leash. He loves going for car rides and hiking! He knows basic commands and is a quick learner. Watch his video where he is flirting thru the window with ones of his human friends at the adoption center. He is a good looking boy who is well deserving of a great home with a person that can be his new pack leader and companion. Holstein is a volunteer favorite and his adopter would receive free lessons from a trainer. Are you the one who wants to give this boy a chance to have a great life and a new person to call his best friend? Please contact Jackie, Phone: 310-472-4270 Email: jhrummy@gmail.com
Holstein is already neutered, up-to-date with shots, micro-chipped and ready to go home.
