Topsey is a super duper outrageously funny 12 wk old pup weighing all of 8 lbs with 100 lbs of smarts! She has put pen to paper and calculated that she is a Jack Russell mixed with Einstein and Gabby Douglas. She can do 360’s and leap tall building in a single bound. She has a wonderful sense of humor & loves to run & jump. She is a true joy to watch… That said, she loves hanging out on your lap on the couch. .

She wants you to know that she is not responsible for being surrendered to a shelter & that she can’t understand why her people smacked her around when she was just a baby.
She is learning to trust her foster mom and dad because they haven’t hit her at ALL & they give her food and water and toys and a warm bed every day! All in all, things are looking up for this happy, smiling, good natured little gal. The only thing she needs now is a forever home that is full of patience, lots o love and attention, belly rubs, toys a plenty & worthy of a puppy of her future greatness. Her adoption fee is $450.
