Lulu is a female Maltese mix about 2 years in age. Lulu will have long straight cream/white hair that is non-shedding. She currently has a shorter haircut due to severe matting upon her arrival to the shelter. Lulu is a nice size, currently weighing in at 10 pounds. She could stand to fill out a bit to reach an ideal weight of 11-12 pounds. Lulu is gentle, sweet and submissive. She loves a gentle touch and is a darling little girl. She will thrive in a home where she is fussed over and pampered. Lulu will easily curl up in a dog bed or lap when nothing is going on, but she is also the first one in line for a walk or a fun game in the backyard. She is a young, happy, outgoing dog with a heart of gold. She appears to be very smart and easily trained. Lulu is well behaved inside the home and likes to be included. She still has some puppyish ways and looks to her people for direction. She is excellent with other dogs and would like a doggie brother or sister to play with. Lulu was brought in stray to a shelter where we rescued her. She is going to make an outstanding pet and companion. Her temperament is really fantastic. Lulu is healthy and looking for her new forever loving home today!
