Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ares is a kissable and snuggly, attentive, two-year-old, 63-pound, male brindle and white terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Poor Ares came into Chicago Animal Care & Control as an emaciated owner give-up. He was lucky to have been taken home by a dog-trainer who has housebroken him, crate-trained him, and trained him in commands: sit and down.
Ares absolutely loves people and when he goes to the dog park, he not only plays with dogs, but jumps into people’s laps! Ares is great on leash and has no reactivity to other dogs. He is so fabulous with all dogs that he goes to doggie day care too! His only negative (if he has to have one) is that he gets car-sick.
Ares is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm and fecal-tested. To meet and possibly adopt Ares, please contact Curtis at csdogtrainer@gmail.com at 773-865-6160. His adoption fee of $100 benefits rescued dogs. He is being fostered in Chicago.
