Sherry is a female Jack Russell/Border Terrier mix only 1 year in age. She is small and compact, weighing in at 11 pounds. Her short, sleek coat is easy to maintain and very low shedding. She is a neat and tidy dog, excellent inside the home. Her black markings around her face are very pretty. Of course, Sherry's claim to fame is her unusual and unique big ears, one which stands straight up and the other which flops over. She turns heads wherever she goes! Sherry is extra sweet, mellow, quiet and loving. She is so easy to manage and absolutely delightful in the home. A sweeter, friendlier dog than this will be hard to find. She has kind, soulful chocolate brown eyes that look straight into your heart. Sherry is obedient and never wants to cause trouble. She is happiest when snuggling close on the couch or being stroked on the head. Her needs are few and very simple. Sherry is good with other dogs, but she would be fine as an only dog as well since she doesn't need another dog to feel secure. She is super smart and catches on to the ways of the household almost instantly. She is excellent with children especially if you are looking for a snuggler. Sherry is healthy, walks easily on leash, and rides quietly in the car. She loves to be included in daily family life and should make an outstanding choice for a pet and companion. Sherry was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter. She is ready for her new loving forever home today!
Sherry’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Sherry is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for her forever home.
