Daisy-ADOPTED's Story...
Daisy came in stray to us recently, and was never reclaimed by her owner. She was adopted out, but returned to us after a short time. She is again available for adoption. Daisy is about 3 years old. The previous adopter said that Daisy is housebroken. She was returned because she had jumped up and taken food off of a table and that was a behavior they were unable to tolerate. Daisy is a very sweet and mild mannered big girl. She seems very gentle and easy going. With just a little training, Daisy will make a wonderful companion. If you are interested in Daisy, stop in and meet he today and ask to fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy-ADOPTED, a Troy Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Troy, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Troy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Troy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Troy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Troy paves the way for another one to be saved.
