KATE (video)'s Story...
My name is Kate and I am a 4-month-old spayed female Terrier puppy. I weigh about 7 pounds right now, but I still have a little bit of growing to do.

I'm an extra cute, super fun, extremely sweet pup. If you're looking for a best friend that will keep you smiling, do not pass me up! You'll definitely regret it if you do.

I'm an outgoing girl who gets along with everyone. I'm just as comfortable hanging out with all my canine companions as I am with my human friends. If I was in school, I'd probably be voted Prom Queen. That's how popular I am. That should be a hint that you should act quickly if you want to adopt me. I won't be without my forever home for long.

Some things I like to do include playing with toys, chewing on bully sticks, taking naps, and of course getting pets from anybody who will offer them. I'm a sucker for attention.

I should probably share with you what is known about my past. One day I found myself at a local high-kill shelter. I was 5 weeks old, motherless, and barely able to eat on my own. The shelter was about the worst place for me to be. Luckily, the staff found a foster for me and I never had to spend a night in that scary place.

I stayed with my foster family for a few weeks until I was old enough to be adopted. That's when CageFree came along. They told the shelter that they would take on the responsibility of finding me a home. And I'm so happy they did! I'm having tons of fun here while I wait for my forever family.

When thinking about whether I'm the right furry companion for you, please consider what your schedule is like. Since I'm still a youngster, I definitely need more attention than an older dog. If you work full time and plan to ask me to stay home by myself for 40 hours a week, I might be the wrong choice. If you have another dog at home, though, I may be willing to consider it.

If after reading this, you feel that I'm a little too high maintenance for you, there are plenty of slightly older pups here for you to meet. But, if I sound like the perfect addition to your family, please contact CageFree and tell them you want to meet me! I just can't wait to meet you!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

KATE (video), a Los Angeles Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
