Billy's Story...
Billy is a seven month old kitten who can't decide what he loves more- to play or to cuddle. Luckily there are enough hours in the day for him to do plenty of both! Billy is an easy going kitten- nothing phases him and he loves new people and other animals. He loves playing with toys and other cats, but will then snuggle with the other cats when playtime is over. Billy will also happily plop down on your lap, chest, head- wherever he can get close to you- and purr away. He is extremely affectionate and loves human attention. He's also very sweet and gentle and would be great in a home with kids.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Billy, a Brooklyn Bombay kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Bombay kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
