Laney's Story...
This pretty girl is Laney, a 1 year old Retriever mix that has found herself in need of a new forever home! She was adopted from us when she was just a tiny pup, but recently returned when her owners were moving and couldn't take her with them. She is a happy and friendly girl. Laney is great with other dogs and good with kids! She is kennel trained and doing very well on her housetraining. She knows her basic commands too! If you are looking for a fun new family member, running buddy, or someone to snuggle up on the couch and watch movies with, then Laney is the girl for you! Come and meet her today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook. We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Australian Cattle Dog rescue.
