My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is a wonderful 3 +/- (estimated by animal control, but vet thinks younger) girl that behaves and minds well. We believe that she is the sister of Angelina. She would do great in a home with a younger, playful dog because she loves to play, but she would do fine with an active adult and/or older children that would spend time interacting with her. Even though Lucy came from being used as a breeder at a puppymill, she is very well socialized and healthy which is not always the case. She is a beautiful girl with a very sweet disposition! Lucy is being fostered in Manlius, NY and her asking adoption fee is $275.

NOTE: Due to the volatile price of gas, getting multiple volunteers to help with long distance transporting is no longer feasible. We have listed the town and state where each dog is being fostered. Please consider how far you are willing to travel when filling out the application. The foster home will usually volunteer to help with transport for a reasonable distance.
