Are you looking for a breath of fresh air, like a cool breeze off a sandy Caribbean island? I remind my foster mom of a tropical vacation. My name is MAYA and I truly am a delight. I am a 5 month old piece of heaven on Earth. Okay, so I really am a little white Boxer / Labrador mix puppy. I currently weigh 25 pounds. I have a soft coat of white fur unless I have been roughhousing in the backyard. Then my coat is more of a dingy dirt color, but luckily I am easy to clean. I actually really like my baths! Speaking of romping in the yard, I would love to have a playmate join me. I get along great with other dogs and kids. I love humans of all ages, especially when they are doting attention on me. But I have to tell you that I don't like those fuzzy cat things. Truth be told, it may be that I like them too much. I think they make fun squeaky toys, but the resident feline did not appreciate my behavior. Now I am told that I would be best in a feline free home. I am a smart little puppy. I am housebroken, know my name and will come when called. I know how to sit and make an excellent passenger in the car. I walk well on a leash and would probably make an great running partner. I am not a big barker. I am quiet even in my crate. I am learning not to jump on my people, but I get so excited to see family and company. I know no strangers. If you are looking for a fun girl who loves stuffed squeaky toys ( no real ones) and playing fetch, search no further.
