Important Note

Tigger is best friends with Buffy. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
This is the love story of Tigger and Buffy.

Tigger is a 4 year old boy who came from the mean streets of the Bronx. His early years left him a tad rough around the edges, so while he has blossomed into a charming affectionate boy, he needs a home with an understanding human who will be patient with his quirks and love him for his eccentricities.

Buffy was found at 4 weeks old with her siblings in a yard in Brooklyn. The littlest of her litter, she was the most outgoing, self-assured and playful of them all. However, she was also the least snuggly with humans, having sooo much else to do besides that whole 'being cute' thing, so all this time later she's still not found her home yet.

However, they found true love in each other.

Since the moment Buffy arrived in Tigger's foster home, he knew this little sweetheart was for him. As she's grown, he's gone from doofy housemate to adored best friend. They even talk to each other, and Tigger will come when Buffy calls him! She's still a little aloof with humans, but she certainly shows her loving side when her beloved Tigger is around! His playful side gets fed by her keeping him check. Tigger loves a good human snuggle, and Buffy is slowly learning to!

Won't you adopt these lovers together?

Buffy was born around 5/1/15. Tigger was born around 1/2/12.

About Anjellicle Cats Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Anjellicle Cats Rescue is a no-kill, all-volunteer,
not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are a member
of the Mayor's Alliance and a New Hope Partner with
the New York Animal Care & Control (ACC). For over ten years, this Hell's Kitchen shelter has been a lifeline
for abandoned, stray, and neglected cats and kittens.
In addition, we work closely with the ACC to pull out
those who are in danger of being euthanized due to
overcrowding. Each one is welcomed with kindness and medical attention, with the goal of placement into a permanent, loving home.

Well-known within the Broadway community, we have been featured on Fox 5 Morning Show, New York 1 Television and in Time Out magazine. We always enjoy meeting new volunteers and people who share our mission -- to compassionately rescue, care for and place New York City's homeless cats and kittens.

Come in today to see our "cat room" and maybe you'll
find a new friend -- one of our truly "Anjellicle

Come Meet Our Pets...

If you've found the cat of your dreams and wish to begin the adoption process, you only need to call or email Anjellicle Cats Rescue and arrange to meet a representative at Spoiled Brats, 340 W. 49th St.. Adoptions are done by appointment although there is usually someone on site every evening from 6 - 8pm.

Our Adoption Process...

Once you've filled out an application, someone will go through an adoption package with you with updated information on cat care. We require a donation of $125 for one cat or $225 for two. The kitten or cat will then be personally delivered to their new home.

All cats have been tested for the Feline Leukemia and FIV virus, vaccinated with FVRCP (3 in 1) and spayed or neutered. We believe it is much kinder to adopt kittens with another kitten or cat unless there is already a cat in their new household.
