My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

7/9/16 - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!

Adoption Fee: $350

Fostered in Texas

Age: 2 year

Weight: 9.5 lbs.

4/30/16 - Alright, Jacy figures she would sit down and write an updated bio. She doesn't understand why she hasn't been adopted. I mean, she is just about the most adorable yorkie on the site. Oh, ok. She understands, she has to be an only dog because she has had major aggression issues with other dogs.

There are plenty people out there that have only one child, so why not one dog. Do you seriously have to split your love and attention between two dogs? Wouldn't you rather just love me and spoil me and pay attention to me? Now, with that being said, I would probably be good in a home with a larger dog that I cannot intimidate or bully, but definitely no cats. Small dogs and cats are one in the same, I see them as weak and prey at times. Ok, so I'm a bitch! What lady isn't at times. Tell me your claws cannot come out at times. Don't judge me. lol

Anyway, if you have a home where I can be the queen and be loved and show you my good, loveable side, I will not disappoint you. But understand, I will not be my best going to the dog park, having family members visit with their dogs, or you bringing me to puppy day care or other homes that have small dogs. I'm being truthful when I say that I don't need to be around small dogs or cats, respect my wishes and love me for who I am and I'll do the same.

Hugs and Kisses
Jacy

6/22/15 - Jacy did get her clearance from the surgeon. Her knees are perfect now and she is ready for adoption! Please keep in mind that she can only go to a home where she will always be the only dog.

4/7/15 - Jacy is one year old today! :) Since coming to us, it was noted that Jacy had luxating patella (grade 3) in both knees and a decision was made for her to see the specialist. Because she is so young and has a long life ahead of her, it was recommended that she have surgery to repair both knees. Her surgery is scheduled for April 14th.
If you can help with a small donation, it will be so appreciated!

3/28/15 - Jacy was surrendered to YHR because it seems there were some issues with the other pups in the previous home. There have been similar issues in her foster home, so Jacy can only be placed in a one dog home.

2/22/15 - Jacy was surrendered to YHR because it seems there were some issues with the other pups in the previous home. She has been in her foster home with multiple other pups now for about a month and no issues have surfaced and actually she seems to like to play with other dogs. So with that being said, Jacy could be an only child or with another furchild already in the family that likes to play with other dogs.

She’s a very sweet baby that loves attention.... giving and getting. She loves to play with toys and can easily be directed from chewing (still in puppy stage), with a Nylabone. Because of the chewing, she is crated when left alone so you don’t return to a home with woodchips all around. She is good about “kenneling up” by herself when she knows you are leaving, but like all females, doesn’t like to be forced or told to do so. Haha. She is also a great kisser. Lol

She will need a fenced in yard to run and play in since she loves playing outside with her foster siblings. She does business outside very well, but will also used pee pads. She will snuggle with her human at night and will sit on a lap for a bit to give and receives kisses, but isn’t overall clingy, so will jump down to go on her own too.

Not sure of her total past, but at times if approached to quickly, Jacy will be timid and dart in the other direction. This should go away with positive direction and as she learns her confidence and that everything is ok.

Jacy is a great, sweet little girl just looking for her last home where someone will love her for life.

1/26/15 - BIO COMING SOON!
