Eve's Story...
Eve's adoption fee is $375.

Hello! My name is Eve. I am a 2 year old Havanese mix – a happy, playful 11 pound bundle of energy. I am up to date on vaccinations, spayed and micro chipped too. I love to play.....anything!! Fetch and wrestling are my favourites. I am housebroken, but do know how to use a pee pad if I am left for longer periods of time. I sit nicely for treats and did I mention I love to play?? BOL! I would really like to have a fur friend that likes to play too. I am working on crate training but don’t really like it yet. I love going for walks and am getting better on the leash every day. I’m really fast and have lots of energy, so my ideal home would be one with easy access to a securely fenced yard and one where I’d get lots of exercise. Do you think I would make a good addition to your family??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eve, a Toronto Havanese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Havanese for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Havanese dog from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Havanese breeders who help with Havanese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
