Then Tippy is your boy!
Tippy is a 10 year old Australian Shepherd/Lab mix who is one long legged boy. Now don’t let his age fool you – Tippy still has lots of life left in him; he is a healthy guy with just a touch of arthritis.
We just don’t know where to start telling you about this guy there are just too many good things to say. He’s house trained, crate trained, good on a leash, calm and quiet in the house. Great with people, good with kids (but prefers quieter, older kids) and knows all his basic commands. Will meet you at the front door when you get home; wearing a smile and ready to meet your every need.
While he loves to be wherever his people are he will go relax on the sofa or nice heated bed if you are too busy to spend time with him. He is easy going with other dogs and likes to play with them; but he is way too interested in cats for our liking so no cats in his home please. He loves to go places with you and rides very nicely in the car.
Our hope for Tippy’s new home is a person(s) to call his very own to snuggle up to, someone that would let him lie with them and watch tv; someone to take him on walks every day. Someone who will appreciate the fact that he will nuzzle your hand if you stop petting him before he is ready.
Tippy is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
