My story

Meet Penny! Penny is an approximately 3 year old Pit Bull mix who is a calm and quiet girl looking for a similar forever home. She tends to be shy when meeting someone new, but with a bit of patience and a gentle hand seeks affection. Penny enjoys short play sessions outside, but is happiest cuddling on the couch. Penny tends to be shy when first meeting someone new, but once she warms up can't get enough affection. She is kid friendly, but needs to be in a home where the child understands her nature for cuddles and relaxation. Penny is such a sweet girl according to her foster family. She is fixed, UTD on shots, chipped, and on HW prevention. Penny is also dog friendly. She is currently sharing her foster home with six other dogs. We'd feel, though, that she would do best in a home with a dog(s) with a similar laid back personality to match hers. She has had no issues with her current foster's cats. Penny knows basic commands. She is crate trained and is coming along nicely with her house training.
