Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! My name is Midnight. I'm around 1 1/2 years old and I weigh about 21.8 lbs.
I was originally surrendered to the pound in January by my owner because they have too many dogs. I was adopted but very sadly had to be returned because I was afraid of their toddler so I would growl at her and they didn't want me to be put in the situation where I could have bit the child (which I have never bit anyone) and then ended up being labeled as an aggressive dog when I am actually a really nice dog, I am just get scared of the little kids.
I am a very sweet and loving little boy!!
I love to play and I love to cuddle. My favorite thing to do is be with my people and play with my toys. I love to chew on rawhides and bones too. I love to flip my chewies and toys up in to the air and try to catch them or pounce on them when they land.
I get along well with other dogs too.
If you're looking for a sweet dog to add to your family, please consider adopting me.
I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER JUNE, 12 2015.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
