Hello, my name is Elsa. Yes, you are correct, I was named after Queen Elsa from the movie Frozen. I am an American Bull Dog Mix, about 6 years old and weigh 85lbs. I was abandoned in Southern IL after I had so many litters of puppies. I am now living the good life!
I love to have my spot on the couch next to you, or better yet, right on top of you. Can you handle 80 lbs of pure love stretched across you? I hope so. I would love to be your best friend forever. I have good manners, and my foster mom is working on practicing my sit, down, wait, and stay. I am potty trained to go to the door when I have to go outside, and I have had no accidents in my foster mom’s house. I am crate trained and perfectly content to be in my own space.
In my opinion, you humans can never have a clean enough face, and therefore, I will be licking it whenever I get the chance. I love to wag my tail to show my appreciation for the love and affection I get and hope to find in a forever home. I love to go on walks, and I’m good at walking on a leash. I like all people. I am dog and cat friendly, and I currently live with 4 cats. I could care less if they sit on top of me or next to me. I try to be respectful of their food bowls and have done a good job of leaving them alone. I do not like their litter boxes at all! See, I told you I have really good manners!
My foster mom likes to call me a couch potato. I haven’t really figured out toys and balls yet, so we’re working on that. I should also mention that I love to paw you as yet another way of showing my love for you, so I would do best in a home with children over 8. Wouldn’t you love to be my family??
