My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sidney was rescued from a high kill shelter in Corpus Christi, TX and is available for adoption in IL, IN, the Midwest, East Coast and New England. This adorable boy is a 4-5 month old black lab mix and weighs about 22 skinny pounds. Sidney is adapting to life in a foster home very quickly. He gets along well with his foster siblings and ignores the two cats. Sidney is adapting to sleeping all night in his crate. He has not had any accidents inside during his first week and, on the command "find a spot," does his business. He is a typical goofy puppy with playful puppy energy. Sydney is unsure of the leash but got comfortable very quickly on his first walk and managed to walk the block without pulling. He is very light footed inside and has the typical soft lab mouth. He is neutered, micro chipped and up to date on all vaccinations. Sydney would make a great playmate for another dog as well as be great at jogging, hiking, running on the beach or taking long walks in the park as a companion. Sydney is looking for a special family to call his own.
