**Update** (9/4/14) Poor Sally just can't catch a break. Four months ago she was adopted into a wonderful home where she has been thriving. Unfortunately Sally's dad contacted us to take her back into our rescue. Her adopter has a health issue that is causing him to return Sally.....It is through no fault of Sally that she will again be homeless! All of our foster homes are full, so we are asking someone to step up to help with this sweet girl. Sally needs a strong handler who will continue to work with her since Sally has received lots of training......and she just loves to go for walks! IF YOU CAN HELP SALLY BY FOSTERING OR ADOPTING HER, PLEASE EMAIL AngelsAmongUsRS@live.com. (5/9/14) Sally has a wonderful new dad! We are beyond thrilled that our girl, Sally, has a new home. She loves her new dad, and he is so good with her. It is obvious that she feels safe and secure with him. Hurrah for Sally! (2/23/14) Sally has now received several weeks of training at the boarding facility where she is staying, and we are now anxious to place Sally in a home. The trainer will work with a foster or adopter to show the training that Sally has received and how to keep moving forward with her great behavior. (12/12/13) Sally has a very strong personality and appears to have never had anyone teach her basic commands or how to socialize with other dogs. She is now receiving training at a wonderful facility to show her what is acceptable behavior. Sally is a wonderful girl who just adores people! And....she is learning to like other dogs. Would you like to meet Sally? (9/15/13) We received a great update from the vet, and Sally is now ready to find her new home! CAN YOU HELP SALLY BY FOSTERING OR ADOPTING HER? (8/15/13) Sally had the surgery to have the lump removed, and she has healed very well. Sally is 6 years old and really needs a new family! (7/17/13) Meet Sally.... she was adopted from an out-of-state shelter a couple of years ago. She was a puppy then and grew into a beautiful lady dog! She also grew a large lump on her chest and the 'loving' owners didn't see fit to have it removed....Now the landlord changed the pet rules, so she is back at the shelter. She is a wonderful girl, very loving, very sweet. She is smart and very trainable, knows sit and stay. Sally would like nothing better than to find a home where she is taken care of, loved and cherished. She will reward you with the kind of unconditional love that only dogs can show. Sally is already spayed and micro chipped. Her vaccinations are up to date, so she is ready to go home with you!
