Dade's Story...
Dade is a 5 year old King Charles Spaniel mix. This boy is full of personality and might be a tad bit on the "heavy" side right now. This boy weighs 13 pounds but should weigh about 10 pounds so he is on a diet!! Dade loves other dogs, does fine with the cats and will do fine with older children. If you are interested I adopting Dade please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and download an app (on the "Adoptable Dogs" page) and email it back to us. All of our Goofy Foot dogs are in foster care in West TN and will be transported to the adopter once an adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dade, a Hagerstown King Charles Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a King Charles Spaniel for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a King Charles Spaniel dog from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
