My story

I see there’s room on your lap, I’m going to sit there and tell you a little bit about myself…. Or fall asleep.

I’m Banks! I came to Peace for Pits from Animal Care and Control, they say I’m a dog, but sometimes I like to oink, snort, and spin. Dog, pig, hippo, Tasmanian devil… all of the above!

As you can tell by my beefcake stature, I love to workout. My bod and my brain. After a month of training at K9 University, I learned, sit, stay, down, shake, crate, chivalry (allow you to go through the door first) and “the penguin” (you’ll need to see that one in person). I’d love to live with someone who loves to hit the gym and work out with me- I’m my best self after a good exercise session!

I’m kind of a bachelor now, set in my ways. I’ll do best in a home with adults and a dog my size. Also, I’m allergic to cats and small dogs (achoo!)
