Meet Charlie Bear! He is a handsome 12 year old owner surrender. His owner is paralyzed and can no longer care for him. So they did the right thing by surrendering him to Philly Pug & Short Nose Rescue. He is partially blind and partially deaf. He is not neutered and his testicles have atrophied. The PPSNR vet does not recommend that we neuter him. He needs a dental, but at his age the vet does not recommend that either. He is UTD on his vaccinations. If you would like to give Charlie Bear a forever home, please go to our website & complete an adoption application.
