Venus, like the star that lovers wish upon, is as sweet and loving as her name. This Lab/Dobie mix girl is only a year old and a petite 40 pounds. Venus is one of those rare dogs that even though she’s young, is well behaved and fits right in, without a ripple when entering a new foster home with other dogs. This gentle, loveable, quiet girl is absolutely no trouble at all. She is housetrained and has wonderful house manners. She is so good that she has free roam of the house and while able to be crated nicely, she prefers the couch or recliner and is completely trustworthy alone in the house. Venus hasn't met any strangers; 2 or 4 legged. She gets along with all her playmates and takes everything in stride. She walked into her foster home with no problem and seemed to immediately belong. She has the appearance and markings of a Doberman but doesn't have the gait or body build of a Dobie.
