Magara's Story...
Magara aka Roadrunner is one confident girl. She is insanely resourceful and able to get out of any carrier and jump onto any surface you would never think she could. As a meter of fact, we will apply to get her picture into the online dictionary under "dancing to the beat of your own drum".
This adorable girl is ready to take over the world with her mighty voice, unbearable cuteness, and a purr that will hypnotize you.
Mags and her siblings (Hercules and Philomena) were rescued from the Animal Care and Control kill list. Their crime- being to young to eat on their own.

Mags is already spayed, up to date with her shots, and FELV/FIV negative.
The only thing missing in her life is a place and a human to call her own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magara, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
