My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wally was adopted way back in August and recently returned. His owner's nephew died and Wally was very attached to him. Before the nephew's death Wally was house trained. After his death, Wally started making mistakes in the home. He was also protective over adults in the family so it is recommended that if there are kids in the family they are a little older. All this started after the death of his buddy. He's a sweet boy that's only 1.5 years old. Wally has lots of energy and loves to play. He's been back at the shelter for awhile now and is happy and ready to start a new life with a loving family. Please give him some time to settle down when visiting. You'll find out what a good dog he really is. Wally gets very excited when receiving visitors.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
