My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sarah ( 7.1 pounds) is the latest addition to our family of adoptable dogs. She’s a sweet little Yorkie who we estimate to be about five years old. It’s been a long road for this loving little girl, and as a result, she’s a little skittish when there’s a flurry of activity around her. She’s looking for her forever home in a family with older children, or with a laid-back couple or individual who wants a loving companion to share their lives. Sarah’s never short of kisses, and though shy at first, warms up quickly to everyone!

Sarah’s most recent owners surrendered her because of potty issues, but we’ve not had any problems, provided she has a chance to relieve herself every three to four hours. We think she would thrive in a home where her owners work part time, or from home. She is a charming little girl who just wants a lap, people who will love her for the rest of her life, and a place she can call home. She’s had three owners previously, and we want this home to be her last, so please, if you’re interested, know that this is a long-term commitment. Sarah isn’t an energetic little puppy anymore, but in the right home, with loving humans, we hope she will have a long and happy life ahead of her.
