My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carter, the little guy with a huge heart. At 25 pounds, he’s got the wiggling, happy-go-lucky spirit of a pit bull in a small dog’s body (check out his picture next to a TV remote to truly appreciate his size). Carter’s foster mom reports he has been perfect since he arrived at her home. He’s good with the resident dog and absolutely LOVES the cat, though he can be a bit OBSESSIVE. They’re fast friends who love to play “hide-and-seek” together. We would recommend a home without cats, or adopters who are vigilant in redirection. He’s working hard on his house training, and has almost mastered it. Carter also sleeps through the night without any issues in his crate. He is a very quiet dog who loves to just chill out with his people. His tail hasn’t stopped wagging since he came into rescue. He’ll make a wonderful addition to a very lucky home.
