SADIE's Story...
Hello! My name is Sadie and I am a 1 ½ yr. old beagle mix that was rescued from a home in West Virginia and transported to PABR with a few of my beagle friends. My previous owner had way too many beagles and I was allowed to roam freely throughout the house. Now that I am in Rescue, I am learning new rules every day and adjusting to the changes around me. Since I lived with a lot of other dogs, I learned to get along well with them. I only weigh about 17 lbs. and I am a very sweet girl! I also have an adorable under bite that just adds to my cuteness! I will be at Petsmart on Saturday if you are interested in meeting me, but I don’t think that I will be in Rescue too long before someone falls in love with me and welcomes me into their home! If that ‘someone’ is YOU, please fill out an application soon and contact Penny Angels!

An adoption application for Sadie can be obtained by visiting our web site at www.pennyangelsbeaglerescue.com. If you have any questions, please contact beagler534@comcast.net or emnase@aol.com, or call Penny Angels Beagle Rescue at 609-965-9476. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SADIE, a Ventnor City Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Ventnor City, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Ventnor City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ventnor City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ventnor City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ventnor City paves the way for another one to be saved.
