My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Do you love wiggly dogs? You know the kind. When you talk to them and they are so excited to have
your attention their tail and then their whole body starts to wiggle. Well that’s me, Denise or NeeCee
for short. I’m a Boston Terrier mix. Mixed with what? I don’t know, mom didn’t tell me. My favorite
thing is to sit and snuggle with a human willing to pet me. I get along great with my foster sisters, a 4 ½
year old Boston Terrier and a 5 month old Boston Terrier puppy. I’m completely potty trained and
working on my basic obedience commands.
I came to Iowa from a small rural shelter in Southern Missouri where I lived outside in a kennel. I was
picked up as a stray and my days were numbered there. Fur Fun got me to Iowa. This place is great, two
squares a day, a warm house, people to pet me, and playmates.
Denise is 2 years old and weighs 22 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm
negative and microchipped.
