GUS's Story...
Mr. Gus is a sweet heart!! He is a Shepherd/Corgi mix that weighs about 45 pounds. He doesn't like leashes. He may have been tied up and has bad memories about it. He will politely walk with you outside to go potty like a little gentlemen. He loves hugs and kisses and is potty trained. If you would like to meet him please call 972-382-3647 or email adoptionsmoh@gmail.com.
If the dog has not been fixed yet, a voucher will be given to the adopter that will cover the cost at TCAP or they will be kept till they are fixed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GUS, a Pilot Point Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Corgi for sale in Pilot Point, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Corgi dog from a breeder in Pilot Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pilot Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pilot Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Corgi breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pilot Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
