Andre is a male Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix puppy only 3 months old. He is already a big boy, currently weighing 16 pounds. His estimated adult weight should be 70-80 pounds. Andre is a very handsome puppy with beautiful markings on his face and a healthy, fuzzy coat of deep tan and red. He is a confident boy, easily taking the lead with other dogs and initiating play. He likes rough and tumble play and can hang with the best of them. Andre is respectful of people and listens well already. He has a warm, friendly, easy going personality and loves to bop around with the family with whatever is going on. He is a smart dog and adapts to new situations with ease. Andre has a nice amount of energy without being hyper. He is still an energetic puppy but he knows how to relax when its time. He will thrive in a home where he gets to go places, do things and be included - hiking, camping, parks, kids games. He is already a nicely adjusted young pup and will continue along the right path with proper socialization and lots of playtime. He has a sweet, affectionate side and likes to give kisses to his favorite people. He is willing and amiable to direction and good with children. Andre was brought in to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued him. He is a robust, healthy pup and ready for his new future and loving forever home today!

Andre’s adoption donation is $450 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, Up-to-date on VACCINATIONS, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Andre is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Cecilia and is ready for his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ANDRE, a Newport Beach Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
