Norah & Leo's Story...
Leo and Norah are owner surrenders because their mommy has some health problems making it hard for her to care for them. They are amazing little bunnies and must be adopted together and stay together for life. Leo is a tiny Netherland Dwarf with the most beautiful blue eyes. He is such a sweet boy who loves being pet and gives the best kisses. Norah is a Holland Lop and is never shy about asking, okay demanding pets! Both are just a delight to have around! Norah sustained an eye injury before coming to us. She has seen 2 of our vets and she might have some partial loss of sight in one eye (though you'd never know it!), but she is a healthy and happy bunny!

We adopt out to indoor homes *only*! Our adoption fee is $85 for a single bunny and $140 for a pair. If you are interested in adopting please contact us for an adoption application. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Norah & Leo, a Watauga Other/Unknown was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Other/Unknown for sale in Watauga, or seeking a Other/Unknown from a breeder in Watauga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Watauga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Watauga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Other/Unknown breeders who help with Other/Unknown rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Watauga paves the way for another one to be saved.
