Found living in a cage, matted so badly the fur is peeling away from his body, this little 5 lb guy is now free to roam the foster home, eat any time he wants and learn to be a pet instead of just breeding for money. Franklin's fur is growing back nicely, he had a dental and all shots are up to date along with being micro-chipped and of course neutered. He is estimated to be between 5 and 7 years of age. Franklin would love to be someone’s little lap dog, and always know he is loved.
