Ace's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Ace's Story...
Did you know that Ace means 'unity' in Latin? Man, I could really use some harmony and unity right about now! Being homeless is hard work: patiently waiting for a person to come along and make me their own…hopefully my person comes soon. I have some wonderful traits to offer: affection, loyalty, playfulness, and good social skills. I do well with other dogs and gentle children, but I’m just not looking to unite with any kitty cats. I am even doing pretty darn well with my crate training, but I gotta be honest…I'm still not a big fan of it! With more time and patience I'll learn, though; in fact, there are all sort of things we could learn together! Boy-o-boy I hope you are looking for a little Ace…2 years old-29lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes microchip, neuter, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, reduced-cost training class, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ace, a Portland Corgi/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Border Collie for sale in Portland, or seeking a Corgi/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Border Collie breeders who help with Corgi/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
