My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Simba! As far as my friends can tell, I am a 2-year-old Papillon/Pomeranian mix. At just 11 pounds, I'm kind of the perfect travel partner. I don't take up too much room and I'm not too heavy to put in a shoulder bag!

If you're an outgoing person, you'll definitely want to take me wherever you go. With my adorable looks and winning personality, you'll have people begging to hang out with us. I mean, have you ever seen a cuter dog than me? I doubt it! Everyone who meets me will get a kick out of my tiny little legs and long body. I'll be the talk of the town!

Obviously I'm great with people, but I wanted to be sure to tell you that I get along well with other dogs, too! I'm all about making new friends - ones with fur and ones without. It doesn't matter to me!

What else can I say about myself...

I'm playful, sweet, and very loving. I'm all about climbing into laps and giving puppy kisses. Are you into that kind of stuff? I hope so! I'm also a super happy little guy. I've always got a smile on my face. If you need someone to cheer you up, I'm the right man for the job! Just watching me walk makes people chuckle.

You're probably wondering why such an amazing pup like me is looking for a home. Good questions! I'd ask, too. Based on my friendliness and loving personality, my friends think I may have had a home at one point in time. They suspect that I got out of the yard and found myself wandering the streets. I was caught by Animal Control and brought me to a local high-kill shelter. When I got there they noticed that I was slightly favoring my front left leg. They took X-rays and found what appeared to be small fractures. They put me on medication and sent me to the medical ward.

After a week in isolation I got the best news ever! CageFree was going to save me from the shelter. They immediately sent me to see their private vet. My doctor said that I had some old fractures that healed a little funky, but that nothing needed to be done. I was free to go about my normal life. Now I'm using my leg just fine and you would never guess that anything was ever wrong.

Does it sounds like I would be a good fit for you? Please contact CageFree immediately if you would like to schedule a time to meet me!
