Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What to say about Mr Bentley, what a cuddly purry drooly guy! He loves to get petted as hard as you will pet him, all over even on his belly, which he will happily show you as soon as he is comfortable with you. He may start off a little hissy but it's all for show as he is soon all snuggly in your lap.
Once he loves you he starts purring, taps your leg for permission to climb aboard and starts giving your knee a massage as he snuggles right in. He absolutely loves to chase around his rattling mouse, but really he will chase anything, as he tears around the house bouncing off of the walls (he's got energy!)
He seems to like sitting on cool surfaces, or at least smooth ones -even on top of magazines! He is very respectful of countertops and desktops and only sits on magazines on the floor though. He loves to sit up on the tall cat tree, looking out the window at the river, basking in the breeze created by the fan nearby. He is a very mellow, nice guy and while he doesn't enjoy being picked up he will jump right into your lap for a snuggle!
He also is an expert at playing fetch. .. he is so fast to track it down and bring it back! He likes cat treats as a reward for being a good fetcher!
Bentley is currently in a foster home, if you would like to meet him, please contact us at info@lowellhumanesociety.org for to schedule a meeting!
