Oliver's Story...
Bright, inquisitive, and looking for love, this guy wants you in his future!

Sweet Oliver was left at a pet food store by a guy best suited not to be the keeper of a cute puppy! A store employee took responsibility for Oliver until he finds you! What could have been a scary situation for him turned out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to him. When you are added to the equation, it only gets better!

Oliver is the cutest formally attired puppy you’ll ever meet! Oliver was born at the beginning of the year, and is a Border Collie mix—with maybe a little extra mix! He’s going to be your best bud before long, learning valuable doggie skills, going places, and doing all sorts of things! It is estimated that Oliver will be a moderately sized dog which will be a great size for your best friend!

All that Oliver needs to be the perfect dog is a home and family! If you have a cat, Oliver will get along fine with kitty! Wouldn’t it be great if you got to be his family? Meet Oliver to see why he should be your new puppy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oliver, a Houston Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Houston, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
